Banrach lies in the peaceful Scottish Border countryside close to Horncliffe within 5 miles of Berwick-upon-Tweed and 3 miles from the A1, offering the discerning guest a quality break to remember.

Banrach is non-smoking and open all year.

French and German are spoken.

Our double en-suite room is furnished to a high standard with king sized bed and all the little extras including Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, bathrobes, flowers and chocolates to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one.

Afternoon tea on arrival is complimentary but there are also full tea and coffee facilities in the room, and colour TV.

 

 

Breakfasts are a special treat with the accent on fresh local produce and include fruit compote and yogurt, and many extras such as homemade kedgeree, Seahouses Kippers and poached haddock.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nicola makes all her own preserves and bread, and special diets are catered for.

Vegetarian breakfast is equally exciting...

 

 

 

Tea and coffee may be taken in the conservatory or on the patio, where the red squirrels can be observed in the woodland surrounding Banrach.

Packed lunches can be provided on request.
